A former senior NBR official with more than three decades of experience in Customs and VAT administration, adjudication, enforcement and trade facilitation. His career includes leadership of the Appellate Tribunal, Chattogram Customs House and Customs Intelligence. He has also contributed to reform initiatives with USAID, the World Bank and ADB, bringing institutional insight and strong capability in complex customs, audit, approval and appellate matters.
